Prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) and do not include shipping charges. Technote reserves the right to effect changes at any time, and will not be liable for any pricing errors that may occur.
Ordering & Availability
Goods ordered on this website must be charged to a valid credit or debit card. Payment will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. All transactions are completed over a secure server using encryption software for total security. Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you once the transaction has been accepted. All goods are subject to availability. If an item is on back order it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
There is a single flat rate postage charge for each worldwide region, no matter how many items you are ordering. Please see the Help section of the website for details of charges.
Technote aims to despatch orders within 48 working hours subject to stock availability, but can take up to 7 business days to process if an item or items are temporarily out of stock. In the event of an item being discontinued or unavailable for an unforeseeable period of time, you will be notified by email and you have the choice of full refund or the item can be placed on backorder.
All keyboard and organ software titles on this website is the copyright of Technote International Ltd and is for personal use only. Copying (other than to make a personal backup copy), sharing and distribution of this software is strictly illegal.
All music books and software products, including downloads, are non returnable due to Copyright reasons. Other items such as accessories can be returned with 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Goods must be unused and in pristine condition with the original packaging. Refunds do not include any postage costs. Where goods have been sent incorrectly or are defective, return postage costs will be paid for/reimbursed by Technote.
